The new moon was sighted in Israel and the United States on Thursday night, October 23rd, 2025. This begins the eighth biblical month of Bul/Chesvan. The Chasidic Calendar and areas in the central and southern hempishere outside the U.S. started the new biblical month on Wednesday night, October 22nd.
